Jaimie’s communication to us during this process were sub par. Quite often there were multiple day delays in getting back to us when we called with questions. There were a couple times where she didn’t get back to us at all. We felt like she did not fight to find us the best interest rates available, we have excellent credit (over 800) and yet I heard of some folks that got better than we did. If it wasn’t for the builder and lender credit we would’ve missed out on we definitely would’ve switched companies.

Very responsive. Very organized. Gets the loan process done so you can close. Used them for a new construction we were purchasing in TX. They were ready before anyone else was (including the builder we were purchasing from!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
