  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Paul Dolan and the Dolan Team treated me like a VIP from start to finish when putting my mortgage loan together. As a first time home buyer in 2020, there were so many things about securing a mortgage and buying a home that I just didn’t fully understand and I had a lot of questions. Not only did Paul personally field my calls/texts/emails, but he wakes me through each step of the loan process and made something a little scary (first home purchase) into an experience that felt almost effortless. One big factor that sets The Dolan Team apart is that their care and service doesn’t end when the pen dries. I receive emails with updates on my home’s value and ways to save on interest long-term. Just before my two year home purchase anniversary, I received an invite to check-in with The Dolan Team about how things were going with the house and mortgage. Sean talked to me about my goals, took copious notes and put together a presentation providing options on a cash-out refinance so I could fund a home improvement project I’ve been wanting to have completed. This team truly cares about their clients and it couldn’t be more evident.

  The Dolan Team was fantastic and we were able to use our VA loan option. We had a unique situation with our home purchase, but they were experts at helping us figure out the best approach, and explained everything every step of the way.
