      At Tribeca NW Real Estate, Jerome and his team, were essential for me finding my new home. We have been looking for a home for some time and changed the location of our searches many times. Jerome was always accommodating, even as to giving me a ride to go view homes on the market and back several times over the year. Last year I was forced to find a temporary rental situation but as soon as the lease was up we were back to looking and I quickly found the right home quickly this time and Jerome made communicating anything to sellers easy. He also provided an easy login portal to view, upload, and download docs. Fast responses to my questions, and sometimes working till 8pm for me. Much appreciated would work with them again.

      I worked with Ms. Ashley Wise of Tribeca Real Estate. She is a home selling guru and I have recommended her to all of my friends. I was a first time home seller and Ashley made the process EASY. So easy. During our first meeting I told her I was interviewing other agents and that did not deter her. She was honest about what she and Tribeca offered, answered every question, and even gave me additional questions to ask the other agents. After I hired her that was it. SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING. She worked with my schedule to set up the photographer, marketing, and house cleaning. She even offered staging but was fine when I asked to use my own. She sold my home in 4 days for well above listing. She is smart, experienced, and confident. Ask for Ashley. :)
