      Not impressed with the recent changes. Called to ask a question about my mortgage, got transferred 3x and the 4th was a voicemail. Two and a half hours later still haven’t heard from them. Never had this issue before.

      It took 8 weeks to get a debit card and check book back in May 2018. Now the atm took my card away and the lady at the bank said that I have to go I pawtucket to get my card, that bank is closed to covid 19 and they don’t have a drive thru.
