      We went on vacation and forgot to mail the car payment. (Until recently we couldn't pay online because we refuse to bank with them.) This is the first time we missed a payment. Thought we would get a late fee (we did) but we also got a repossession notice. On our first missed payment they placed the loan in a default status, threatened repossession, and if we miss a payment they'll just take the car without notice. Satan is more forgiving then these people. Seriously avoid them like they are aids infested lepers.
