      When i was young and ambitious in the Tree business during college i had asked for a loan for 10k for a bobcat. BANKER Matt (bald) looked at my situation and instead of helping me LAUGHED at me and made me feel like an outcast Loser! I remember walking out that day feeling so bad about myself because of him i felt shame. I saved up over time and at one point had well over 145k in that particular account as well as other acounts with over 10k in them . I never got a formal apology. Just them using MY MONEY TO LOAN to people when i was denyed a loan. At this WASHINGTON TRUST YOUR BANKING NEEDS ARE NOT PROPERLY MET. -BRAD HONE

      The worst bank in the nation. I opened an account last year. With covid, this is the only bank which the lobby remained closed during that time... tried to use the atm machine, and it ate my card. I waited a few months and tried again.. the atm machine said i now had the wrong pin (i have the same pin for all of my bank cards). And then, i tried to close the account, but they said one cant close it unless you have a zero balance. So i tried to use my atm for weekend purchases etc.. but every place i tried to use it, even on paypal… my card was declined. This has been the worst banking experience in my entire life. And NOW… they’re telling me to close the account, i have to take time out of work to go into a branch and do it. Im looking forwards to that in the same way a man looks forward to a colonoscopy. Rhode islanders…. Do yourselves a favor… choose another bank. You cant replace the time you’ve wasted by banking with this company.
