  I had dialogue with you over the phone. It led me to come here and look at the reviews and I'm looking at the reviews and I'm seeing a history of negative reviews and not only that. There's a response for each of these reviews. I'm a business owner myself and I've learned that in cases like this, you do not have to always try and defend yourself. Responding to the negative reviews actually indicates that you care too much about a reputation, you care what people think, and you take it personal of what they said. Some bullets you just have to bite. But I see that you want to send reproach and shame to people who have entered your store. One of the responses said in it "get a job and get a life". I mean, what if that person is looking for one but can't find it? Let me ask, would you hire them? Maybe that's why they tried to sell something in the first place. I can tell your ratings is hurting your pride. That's okay. You have alot of people saying the same things. Regardless if they were wrong or not, you are the one that has to keep your business healthy. You have to humble yourself and look in the mirror now, otherwise 2020 will not be a favorable year for you. That is not a threat. That is a warning of something I sense about your business and the times we are living in. I don't know if you believe in God or not sir, but if you don't, You should start today by repenting from your pride and arrogance. You have the option of responding to my message with something smart to say, or you can take heed and change your ways. To be honest, I don't want to hear what you have to say. It's not important to me. I'm not going to read it. There's judgment coming down on people in authority soon and you could be included in that number. But you still have time to change. You have provoked the Lord to anger and as I said, if you don't change your ways, God's judgment will come upon you and your business. Have a nice day!
