      AMENDED: Nadine read my review and called me back within minutes. She helped me with my issue and I'm very grateful to her excellent customer service. Original: I have questions about my accout and it's Saturday morning. Unfortunately, when I called the toll free number I was surprised to hear a message telling me it's after hours. How do you manage a large financial institution and NOT have some after normal business hours availability in 2022? I would think that as a clearinghouse for other credit unions they would have better customer service.

      Very poor location. Drive thru atm takes you to a fast cash screen even when you don’t press fast cash, and by the time ya realize it, it’s already spit a different denomination of cash out than you came for, and locked you out of any future withdrawals as an ill-executed safety feature. Pretty big deal for a cane user such as myself, wasn’t impressed.
