  I was introduced to Vic Malone during my home search in Colorado Springs. This was my first experience buying a home on my own and was feeling pretty in over my head. Vic made the process as easy as he could explaining details and being patient with all my questions and concerns. He was accessible and easy to talk with. Another mortgage company was vying for my business and Vic pointed out that the interest rates might be the same but the closing costs were several thousand dollars more. Thank you Vic for saving me some$$$. I would highly recommend Vic and his team if you are looking to finance or refinance your home. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

  At first I found it hard to believe that there wouldn't be compromises for choosing to go with a local broker and getting a lower rate than I was offered by the national mortgage brands. Once all was said and done it turned out that if anything Vic was actually more helpful and more available than his corporate competition, and with cheaper rates. He answered our many questions and patiently helped us understand every step of the home buying process. I'm not sure if local mortgage brokers are always the way to go, but I am sure that going with Vic and Peak Seven Mortgage is the way I would recommend going in the Colorado Springs area.

  Victor is top notch! We worked with him a couple years ago in Colorado and knew we wouldn’t use anyone else but him. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. I’m a travel nurse and he made this so easy on me as I’m not usually in one spot for too long. I was able to sign everything online. Call him today! He will help you right away!
