  After drive through only, cheap non carbon checks, unfriendly service. I really miss the professional courteous service from Associated bank

  I have been with hometown Banks for a long long time and I usually deal with the Morton Community Bank and the are absolutlely awesome every time.At times I have used Pekin community Bank and have had very good service,unfortunately my last to trips thru the drive up I have been greeted by a very unpleasant younger lady with long blonde hair who immediately demanded my ID..I told her I didnt have it with me and asked her to check with another teller to verify my ID,,With a look of disgust she took 10 minutes to verify my ID with one of the many tellers working who have waited on me before,,after a long wait this young teller with the longer blonde hair completed my transaction and came back and thru my transaction in the drive up window and walked off,no thank you,,have a nice day ,sorry for the wait,,nothing A few weeks later I went thru the drive up again and was met once again by a very crabby and hateful looking young lady with blonde hair who acted as if she was doing me a favor by waiting on me,,I was just cashing a check for cash out of my own account,,miss personality again asked for my ID which I didnt have,,claimed that I had a 500 dollar stop payment on a check and said she had to verify that this wasnt the check,,,This was a check for cash out of my own account mind you ,,I ened up having to go into the bank where she was once again very rude and turned me over to her supervisor who was equally non coopertive and I said I would not come back to this branch again and she just in a aroggant and flippant way told me fine,,dont come back,,Any thing I may have done wrong could have been met with class and kindness as is done in the Morton Branch,,These individuals need to be taught people skills or should not work with the public,,,Whoever hired this teller and the Supervisor should be fired in my opinion...Willard Grimm--Pekin Il.
