They haven’t given me or DMV the correct paperwork since January 2021 - still haven’t received a title reissue. No one calls back or can provide proper information as if it’s a secret and their ‘collateral’ dept is useless

If there is fraudulent activity on your account such as unauthorized ATM withdrawals you get the run around. You speak with various reps that ask for info to verify who you are. The fraud department does an investigation but can't find out how someone can call from a phone number that is not on file and change your PIN, they can't explain how the max daily withdrawal limit is exceeded. If there is suspicious activity no alert is sent. The bank has a security problem it needs to address otherwise don't expect any help if you're a victim of fraudulent activity
