  The staff are great, but hours suck and no drive-thru in Poulsbo. Additionally, soooo many issues with their on-line banking.

I wanted to let you know today we launched our all new online banking. I invite you to go check it out.   My mother-in-law recently had a stroke. And due to memory loss, she has had difficulty recalling critical information. And furthermore, she has lost her wallet. This credit union is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have limited abilities to assist us over the phone. First we end up waiting on a phone line for over 10 minutes. Then when we finally get access to a customer service representative, they say they don't have access to send us a replacement card. Just a simple task to replace a lost debit card and they are unable to help us. The customer service rep then routes us to a voicemail box. My wife attempted to setup online access for her mother's account, and with no reason explained, they said that was not an option. What year is this? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want banking access like it is 1980, I guess this is the bank for you.
