In particilar, Alicia and Susan are professional, courteous, efficient and very customer-service oriented. Marco, you run a great branch. Every tranaction is a pleasant, positive experience.

      I absolutely LOVE these people, and this bank. Always have, but wanted to share my latest amazing experience. We're in the middle of the COVID thing, right, and I needed to open an account and handle a few other logistics. I wasn't sure how that would work because you cannot go into the bank physically right now, but because things are a little slower, I actually had the time to work on them. I called and talked to Marissa, who is always SO so pleasant. She walked me through everything and we set up a day/time for me to come down and sign all the papers through the drive through. When I got there, she had everything ready and explained the account she chose for my needs and why she chose it. It is the perfect type of low/no fee account that I wanted. I was rolling out of the drive through in a matter of minutes with my brand new account and all my paperwork. I just wanted to take a moment and recognize the hard working people of Penn Community Bank. You guys are the best and don't skip a beat during hard times! Be well!
