      HORRIBLE! Working with them on a loan now. They are so unreliable- you need passwords to view an email....you can't get a hold of the person you're working with directly and so far he has kept pushing back closing date. This company could benefit from a total revamp of systems and processing. This is coming from someone who rarely leaves negative reviews. I don't spread negative energy- but this company could use the constructive criticism.

      0 Stars, pre approved me to get application fee. Then declined without any reason, and totally changed their attitude. My Loan officer was Sonia Lozano. My credit is 780 credit. Don't use there are much better options out there.

      Wish I could give 0 stars but I had to give 1. The WORST mortgage company EVER. Getting the runaround trying to get anything done. If you call about anything not 1 person knows what the next is doing. We called 3-5 times a week for 2 months to try to get an issue resolved. We complied with every request as soon as it was made and the next person would act surprised and say "The last person does not know what they are talking about" and give us more direction and this will be issue expedited. This went on for the whole 2 months and still as I type. We have a list of every person we spoke with and what we were told to do. We got more direction today and were told it will be fixed and expedited.
