Their main phone customer service line are full of a bunch of terrible people, looking to start conflicts, and not willing to help. I will be transferring all of my money out of this credit union.

I would give it less as I’ve never experienced worse customer service at any business ever (previous experiences). Had a Friday off and went to make a deposit and they were closed, not mentioned on their website, tried to call over a dozen times to hear some weird clicking and promptly get hung up on. I would rather bank at Chase, which is pitiful. Hopefully they are open or can answer a phone in three days so I can cancel my family’s five accounts.
