Deceptive: Use atm, no pop up regarding a fee, you think free to just view a balance, no withdrawals, no receipt, ask tellers is there a fee? I don't know. Get my statement at home, charge 4.00. Never again. Tellers know the fee !

I live around the area and felt that having an account at PUB would be convenient. Boy was I wrong this institution is archaic and does not believe in customer experience for lack of a better word. The idea that in 2019 anyone would give this institution your hard earned money is ludicrous, irresponsible and just wrong. Hopefully people can become aware that we as customers have a choice. I learned my lesson and will be moving my accounts to a firm that actually cares about me and my experience.
