  The new asian manager treats long time customers with false respect and barely achieves to feign interest. Her answer is always that which requires the least work for her. I have switched to the local teachers union, which has an ATM in rite aide next door. My entire neighborhood has dropped this bank in favor of credit unions who have a personal touch.

  What a sad day. I have been a customer of this bank for over twenty years. My mother went to the bank today at 11:15 am. She has just lost her husband, trying tenaciously to end his overdraft fee with the bank. She was told extremely rudely by the teller that "she couldn't touch anything in the account, she didn't have authorization.." it was not what she said, no condolences of her late husband nothing short of the rudest and most horrific customer service. I am appalled! She was also told publicly when everyone was around by this same teller a couple weeks prior that she couldn't open an account. This teller had no respect for her privacy, was telling everyone at the bank so the public could hear her personal and private information. My whole family uses this bank, and the customer service has gone seriously down hill. This teller needs a training on how to communicate compassionately. Disgusted.
