  I was a regular there for both my personal and business accounts when Robert was the Manager...great service and competence. He is now at Main St in Bpt and feel the quality and competence are significantly less. The tellers walk away when there are customers waiting in line to be helped, the manager there turned down a check I was cashing because the spelling was incorrect on the amount but the amount was clearly stated in numerals which has always been what is defferred to clarify. Numbers are universal, spelling is not always. I am a long term customer so I may have to go out of my way to another branch (Robert's) for the great service I expect.

  The sales rep working on this location(Stratford’s Stop&Shop, I think named Alex) was very rude/lost/didn’t care/etc, now I know she didn’t know what she was doing because I had to go to a different location to get things done the proper way. I don’t wanna think she was just being racist/discriminatory for the fact that I was speaking Spanish to my wife, but there’s a big chance that was it. She started to ask me if I was US citizen, again..again and again, to the point that she blocked my account, I left and had to go to another branch to show proof of citizenship. That’s NOT OK!, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, go somewhere else!!! 🇵🇷🇺🇸
