  I use this bank almost every day to make deposits and the staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After reading the negative reviews posted about this bank, i felt obligated to remind reviewers that Bank Fees and Technical Issues are not relevant when reviewing an individual branch; customer interaction and ease of use are. This bank is extremely easy to use and the staff have always diligently helped with my banking needs.

  Every employee I've come into contact with here is incredibly rude and impatient. They'll give you rude looks and have an annoyed tone. The ATM hasn't even worked the past couple times I've gone. The only reason I go there is because I have to transfer to someone whose account is there, otherwise there's no chance I would go there. Go to Citizen's where they have basic respect.

  Right now I am very unhappy right now. I paid my gas and electric bills and a credit card bill and realized that I had better deposit a check I had for $50.00 on the same day. I know that I should have edited the payments to go thru a day or two later. But everything looked okay. The bank charged me $37.00 for overdraft because TECHNICALLY the $50 did not become available for one more day. But that's the way banks do things now. BE CAREFUL. Banks will FEE you to death. I am hoping that when I talk to the manager, she will reverse the overdraft charge.
