      I got my money stolen and they did absolutely nothing to help with scam or lost protect, they don’t care about their customers. Would not recommend to anyone

      The bank manager kept interrupting me and was remarkably rude to me. I was trying to get the bank to stop an automatic rollover. I couldn't finish a sentence until I asked her if I could PLEASE be allowed to finish a sentence. She struck me as a persistently angry person. The prior year I missed the rollover and ended up paying a penalty to get my money. I wanted to ensure that would not happen again. This is a trick banks use to automatically roll you over into a CD arrangement that is in their favor and might not be in their favor. I don't blame the bank manager for that. I do blame the bank manager for listening with her mouth. This happened on 9/24/20 at 11:30 if People's United Bank wants to know who the bank manager on duty was. I did not get her name.
