I have had an account at this bank for over 10 years and have NEVER felt so disrespected. I spent hours counting and rolling coins saved over the past year to be forced to break them apart and use the coin counter. When I was about 1/3 way finished I noticed the amount was already inaccurate. When I asked an employee to count them at the counter instead to be sure it was correct, they refused. Another employee came over explaining they pay to have the machine calibrated biweekly, INSTEAD of just accepting my deposit at the counter. Not only did I have an inaccurate deposit, they also accused me of trying to deposit foreign coins. I absolutely do not recommend this branch as I felt they had no interest in helping me or doing part of their job in helping deposit my own money into my own account.
