      It's always satisfying (or slightly frightening) that I'm always greeted by name when I walk in the doors. The tellers are always friendly, and EXCEEDINGLY competent. The personal bankers also provide stellar service.

      Poor customer service at this Bank, Burlington location specifically.. Branch manager Kim Walley. I went in and asked her to answer some questions for me pertaining to my business account i have there. She acted as if she had no interest. She finally logged on to her computer and then asked where I had opened the account at originally. She told me i needed to go there for answers... Which happens to be in Bellingham. I went to my truck and got some cash and a couple of checks to deposit, i asked if i could do a deposit and she said "of course" . I responded by saying "sure you'll take my money but wont help answer a few simple questions why is that ??'' I had gone to that specific Bank location just a month prior and had no problems with the other manager that was assisting me..
