  Great local bank. Love the online banking as well as the staff they really help you understand the products they offer as well as get you set up. Also being able to have a debit card printed that day was nice. I like being able to call if I need assistance as well. Thank you for all you guys do it’s much appreciated.

  I wish I could give this place a 0/5. I always used to use their ATM even though I did not bank with them because it was the closest ATM to my house. Today I used the ATM and accidentally left my card in there inside of their ATM and instead of giving somebody 24 hours in order to get their card back, they shredded it within hours of me using it. I called them about 4 hours after I realized my mistake to see if I had left it and they said “yeah somebody brought it in but unfortunately our policy states that we have to shred a card immediately if the person is not a banking with us.” I respect policies but I don’t respect that they don’t give the person the opportunity to get their card back. Unbelievable, especially now with COVID-19, no one excepts cash so now I have no access to my money and really no way to pay in person until I can get a new one. In 10-15 business days. Huge inconvenience... and to think I was going to probably bank with them. Not anymore!

  New to the area I really enjoyed coming and speaking with the girls about opening an account they where able to get me my debit card the same day as my account. Also thank you to the girl (sorry can't remember the name) who helped me get the mobile app working really appreciate the hands on help.
