      Terrible bank, happy to know this before I used them. Went to the branch to open a new checking account and the staff was worried it would take an hour to complete the task. Pretty ironic when you can open an account online in under 15 minutes.

      Horrible customer service ... to the point of being rude (except for Robin). I am in their private banking group and they have made numerous mistakes on my account… Including costing me $1,000 by failing to properly reduce a withholding amount after I submitted the paperwork six weeks in advance. Their response: “My bad. I’m so sorry..”. Contacted PNC corporate only to get shuffled around to four different people. I was ultimately told there was nothing the bank could do about it even though they admitted the mistake in writing. Horrible location as well.
