  Like many other families right now I was looking to refinance my home. I was referred to Ronnie at People's Home Equity by a friend and I am glad that's where I landed! I had several questions and concerns that were all addressed in an honest and professional manner. I received a great rate on my refinance with low closing costs. Ronnie made himself available to me multiple times throughout the process in case there was anything I needed. I was even able to do the closing at my own home! I was worried that the mortgage process would be strenuous, however that was not my experience at all. The process was so easy that it should not hold anyone back looking to refinance. Peoples Home Equity definitely earned 5 stars from me. I enjoyed working with Ronnie throughout the process and I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new mortgage or refinance.

  Ronnie was great to work with. I used him for my original home purchase in 2015 and my recent re-finance. The process was easy and quick and I received a great rate both times. He's quick to respond to inquiries and the re-finance process was less than three weeks from first email to closing. I highly recommend him for home purchase and re-fi needs.

  Ronnie was super helpful throughout the whole refinancing process. He monitored rates for me for a couple weeks to help us get the best rate possible. He answered a ton of questions we had throughout the process and made it super easy to do a refinance. Would highly recommend everyone to call him up if you need a home loan.
