  1) this bank branch has screwed me in several ways.. some from my own stupidity. 2) this bank is horrible for actually caring about their customers. I use to go to another location and they always explained everything to me. But this place is strictly business. Of course there is only one ATM you can withdraw money from without being hit with a fee and that's from theirs. and of course they only have one ATM in the area and that's at their bank. And no you cannot make a deposit into the ATM. no you have to leave your money with your bank account info and then the next business day they are open they'll add it to your account. Because if you're a regular person who works the average 9-5 you can guarantee that you will never step foot in this bank during a typical work week. Don't try for the weekend either because they aren't even open on a Saturday. Here's my biggest problem with their hours, any other branch I went to (before this one was even open) they are open 9-5 everyday except Fridays where they stay open an hour later and Saturdays until 12. I don't like the inconsistency this branch poses. It's confusing and unappreciated that I cannot get in there to change my bank account information so they stop charging me 200+ in fees because I was dumb and misunderstood. Oh and that 200 in fees is cause I accidentally overdrew my account and of course each transaction that happened I got charged an overdraft fee. I called to see if they can help me a little and they said they'd look into it and call me back. it's now been 24 hours and I have not received any communication from them. I'm sure I'll get a letter in the mail in 3 days telling me that my account has been overdrawn though.. cause that's helpful.
