After the banker refused to take care of our fraud issue at Schadt Ave, we went to Grape St. Fraud doesn't wait for an appointment. This branch did not have a "banker", but the service manager called Airport Rd branch. Airport Rd branch was extremely helpful and courteous and took us right in.

Wouldn’t cash a check written off of Wellsfargo bank. Same check I’ve been cashing every month for 3 years at this same location. Asked if the company who issued the check could call them to verify it’s legitimacy, Service Manager refused. Offered no other options.
