  The Best! I've never been so pleased with a bank branch like this one in my life. All personnel are a pleasure to do business with. I’ve been a member for 4 years. I was so happy with PSBT- East Scranton branch in general. I actually enjoy going to my bank.

  Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible. I loved their bank. Ive been a member for 4 years. No issues until now. When I firsr opened my account I signed a paper stating I wanted no money to ever be overdrafted. I checked the automated system and it said I still had 30$ in there so I paid two tiny bills. I then deposited 250$ the next day. I was charged 2 overdraft charges on the same day for 70$ total!!!! Thats alot of money. I called and spoke to 3 supervisors, the first made me feel like garbage, the second didnt care to resolve it, and the third told me they did me a courtesy by paying the 10$ and 14$ payments. She told me I would be charged no matter what!! If the first bounced back I can understand a 35$ charge but two when the automated system told me what was in there? I feel so robbed and they could care less. Terrible. If you like this bank kust wait until you run into an issue. I closed my account immediately and switched to a different bank.
