      Had nightmares from this branch. The people who work there are extremely friendly, yes, but that doesn't outweigh the issues we've been through there. Numerous things could've been avoided if the job was done right in the first place. Had extra payments taken out of bank accounts when not authorized to. Also, just cause we missed a payment or two on a credit card, we came home to A NOTE ON OUR DOOR. A REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO MY HOUSE EXPECTING TO TALK ABOUT MY TWO MISSED PAYMENTS. Extremely unprofessional and closed all accounts here. Maybe the other branches are okay but I will never do business with the Sanford branch again.
