Gloria answered my questions swiftly and compassionately. From the tone of her voice, personalization of the call, and knowledge she relayed back to me... I could not be happier. 10/10 experience (I was on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for an available rep prior to her answering the line, which could have been better, but at no fault of her).

The service and general competence of the Biddeford branch has gone down hill so badly that I'm considering switching banks. I recently consolidated 4 credit cards to a personal loan. The woman helping me told me numerous times that she would take care of closing my accounts when she sent the final payment. Not only did she over pay on all 4 accounts, costing me about 400 extra dollars on my loan, but she did not cancel a single account. One of which I found out today, I still owe money on. On top of that they were supposed to setup automatic withdrawals every week for a set amount. They failed to do so, but instead setup a completely different payment schedule, for a different amount than we discussed, causing me to overdraft my account, on a holiday weekend. I'm done with the lack of care and general lack of listening skills. Not to mention getting anyone from the branch on the phone is like pulling teeth. I'll be looking for a new bank soon.

So happy I switched banks to Northeast credit union! Got my car loan there and shana from the NH branch did such an amazing job helping me through the process! So I drove to the Sanford Northeast credit union to open up an checking account and I got the best experience ever thanks to Ruth and Deb! Hands down best decision I've made. And I highly recommend northeast credit union! Thank you so much Northeast Credit Union!
