      Before getting involved with Performance settlement, DO YOUR RESEARCH! call your debtors and find a meeting ground for settlement with them. Most creditors are more than willing to work with you. Performance settlement continuously ignores requests for documentation and their lack of communication is outrageous. You have to be delinquent on your accounts for 3 months before they can negotiate. It's not worth the 200 points your credit score drops. Read the BBB complaints against them. I finished the program this July and still after multiple attempts of asking for documentation stating completion of the program, I have been ignored. The receptionist is rude and not helpful. It's been an ongoing headache for me. Hope this will spare others the hassle of dealing with this company.

      Know a lot of people have had less than stellar experiences with the company in the past, they started rebuilding the management team back at the start of the year and things look like they're really turning around! Super happy with the team we have right now and excited to come into work seeing the growth we're making every day.
