Pete, Garit and their team are fantastic. Buying a new house is stressful enough let alone dealing with getting a loan. Pete made getting a loan stress-free at a great rate and closing costs. I actually rec'd a few quotes and Pete beat them all. Thank goodness I used Pete and Garit. Any questions, they were a phone call away - and they actually answer their phone. At my closing, Pete actually showed up to make sure all went smoothly. I made the right choice and so should you. 2 thumbs up!!

Zero Stars - SELLER BEWARE!! If your BUYER has a PRE-APPROVAL Letter from this LENDER, it is not worth the paper it is written on. If your buyer has a letter that looks like this... "I have reviewed your income, assets, debt and credit history, and you are well qualified to purchase the home at XXXXXXXXXX, in XXXX, Illinois. This is based on a XX% loan to value, XX year fixed rate mortgage, at the prevailing interest rate. You have been credit approved through our automated underwriting system" WELL QUALIFIED??? Ha Ha! After almost 3 months of waiting, (getting close...getting close) he was NOT approved! Run...find another buyer for your home!! Dont learn the hard way, like we did!

Peter Thompson and his team was extremely helpful through out the home loan application. Every Monday Peter would call me to give me an update on the process. I was also in constant contact with his team through emails to ensure the application process was moving forward. I will recommend Loan Depot to friends and family!!
