My loan was pretty straight forward. Purchasing a house with no money down, just earnest money. My realtor is helping me immensely in the process letting me know what deals there are out there. Loan Depot was good for finding grants and such to buy a house with, but just like any other corporate office, some of the processes were dragged on and some folks dropped the ball on my document submissions making me scramble to get my income documents submitted (again) right at the last minute, and communication about what I was actually signing was lacking, however, I still got a whole house in this market with no money down, and everything was wrapped up into the loan, even closing costs and such. Pretty decent
