  I've worked with Petra Cephas twice so far, and both of them have been great experiences. Bishoi and his team are always trying to find the best fit for each case and making sure everything is ready on time. It doesn't matter what's your specific situation, please take the time to discuss it with them, usually there is always a way to work things out. In our case, in just a couple of weeks the mortgage commitments came in. Bishoi's word is like a signed contract so rest assured you'll be in good hands. I definitely recommend them without a doubt. Please read about what's going on in the market and don't be afraid of asking questions.   The team at Petra Cephas were amazing throughout the closing process. I was referred to Paul Singh by a friend who was very happy with how quick Paul and team were able to move to support an earlier home purchase.
