  The experience I received from Team Peyton was so far above my expectations that it radically changed the house buying process. The lending process was not stressful. Their reputation was strong enough that it gave my realtor extra confidence and gave me an advantage in dealing with sellers. I found that Team Peyton took the time to pay attention to my questions and respond to me rather than focusing on the easiest question for them to answer. You'd think everyone would do that, but often enough people are so caught up in what they expect to hear that they do not take the time to listen. Because of their attention to detail, I had confidence everything would come together. It did, well ahead of closing. You need a lender like Team Peyton to succeed at buying in today's market.

  We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with team Peyton! We were working with a lending company for about a month, receiving no call backs no follow ups, it was a disaster. We were first time home buyers and it was crucial we had someone to thoroughly explain everything to us. With the market being so competitive it was essential to have a team who really knew what they were doing to get us to the closing table. Jamie (on team Peyton) was my saving grace. Buying a home had to be one of the scariest, most intimidating times of my life. Once we made the switch and worked with this team everything changed.
