      Had a great experience with Jillian, she was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed and more. Just by her friendly approach and understanding of my needs, I was able to refinance my car and get a credit card to help do a balance transfer. I would definitely recommend every customer to make an appointment with her, she knows what she’s doing and is a tremendous help. 10 out of 10 . If I have any other issues or business she will be the first person i ask to help.

      Intrusive company. You have to open an account just to cash a check that was written to you. They want your social security number and the whole works! Very intrusive! I wouldn't do business with a company like that.

      They have good rates but that's about it. I did business with them before and they were fine. I got a new car recently and they stated that they could refinance the loan from the credit union the dealer set me up with. Only for them to decline it because they claim the car isnt worth the loan amount (it is, even KBB conflicts with their bs statement) and they didn't even bother to call to tell us that they declined it. What terrible service.
