  I thought I'd be disappointed with PFS because of the high interest rate on my loan. I was offered to refinance a few years ago and I'm saving 5% interest now. I've only been to the branch in person once, but I had a pleasant experience while I was there. No one is ever rude, always welcoming and professional when I speak with them over the phone. And yes, they DO report to creditors. My history with PFS is marked as all on-time payments in the 4 years they've been my lienholder on both Transunion and Equifax. It looks like not everybody has had the same experience, but they're probably just mad that their credit sucks and this is the only place that would approve them with high interest.

  I been struggling this year with the COVID-19 job not paying enough but the most I been is 2 month can't pay on time and this bank don't have feeling I'm only maybe 2,000 ish and this manger call me threatening me if I don't pay before 31 of December they will get my car but I will pay them and they never gonna get nothing or other business with me yeah I been late this month but not mean I'm not gonna pay I'm on the finals and for ever

  From the begining of my loan it took almost a year before they started to report to the credit bueros and after having the loan paid off it has taken more than thirty days for them to report that it has been paid off. All of this bad reporting has hurt my credit more than it has helped.
