  By far THE BEST DOCTORS OFFICE in this area. They used to be in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia BUT nonetheless they are very professional and the doctors actually care and know what they are talking about! Been coming here for over 10 years. WE LOVE PHA PEDIATRICS🥰🥰🥰

  We love Dr. Hillis! She is professional, thorough, attentive and makes you feel like you’re family. Both my daughters have been going here since they were born and the entire staff has been great —both the front desk receptionists and the nurses are wonderful! We always get a prompt response back when I call about a concern and Dr. Hillis gets right back to me or we are able to be seen same day if needed. We’ve only had great experiences and my girls love it here!

  I've been coming here for the last 5 years since my 1st child was a newborn but I will NEVER return again due to the lack of professionalism and ghetto ignorant attitude and behavior from the front desk receptionist. I was told her name is Davita, light skin with a strong face. I had a 2 month appointment scheduled for my 2nd child, our daughter today which is 2/24, THURSDAY. typically the automated system calls my phone to remind me of the appointment so when I saw the missed call from the doctor's office # on Monday 2/21, I didn't think anything of it to call back. There was never any voicemail left. 2 parents are now allowed to the appointment due to covid, only 1. I go into the appointment today at 11:30am, and the receptionist with the strong face lets me know she tried to call me twice on monday to cancel the appointment because Dr. Anolik, because she'll be out for two weeks. There was never an attempt to email me, text or even attempt to call again after the monday attempt to call me. I went to my regularly scheduled appointment today only to be told by her that I had to be rescheduled to March 8th. No regard that I came all the way to this appointment alone, in inclement weather, and just to me told my appointment today was cancelled? Davita is horrible. She could have at least sent me a message in the patient portal, obviously if I wasn't made aware the Dr. Anolik wouldn't be there I am showing up to my scheduled appointment. I never had this issue with any of the other medical assistants that are there, they're usually very nice and helpful . But THIS woman in particular needs to find another line of work. I will be moving my kids to another pediatric office. The one parent policy (with NEWBORNS?) and the rudeness I experienced today was enough for me. I rather have my insurance be billed by a pediatric office that actually cares.
