  If we could give zero star, we would. They need to give us a check ($$) from extra escrow in April, still we don’t have the check now in July. We called them in June to ask about it, they said they will send us another check. No problem. Still we don’t have the check in the middle of July. We had to call them again. Each time, it takes 30min to speak to a person, who seems to be in charge but not able to help. It’s very frustrating. Finally we are talking to a woman from the “escalation” department, who called us to tell us the check was cashed at the end of April. We told her that we never received the check, not to mention to cash it! She kept on asking us to re-check it and told us the check was cashed in a bank we never used. We did recheck our bank account and we never cashed it. She told us that she will have to figure out where the check is but not to mention WHEN they will pay us the check! We still don’t have the check after more than 3 months. The company is totally NOT honest!!! They are misusing their customers’ money!

  My reverse mortgage was rece tly transferred to PHH & it's been a disaster to get any information that I need. I simply want to get a line of credit draw. It was a cinch with the previous company (Champion Mortgage). I've called a couple of times but get no good information. I've e-mailed a few times but no one answers me. I agree with all the reviews that I've been reading about PHH. It really is a disaster!

  Don’t ever use PHH for anything. No one ever speaks English except today I did get an English speaking person and almost fell off my chair. My mother was in the hospital for 7 week with Covid and they gave her a date they will foreclose on her home if she doesn’t catch up. The criminal part of them is they won’t give my mom any information the state of Massachusetts needs for my mom to qualify for the grants available to Covid patients. My next call will be the Attorney General.
