      I can't speak highly enough about Phil and his team. My wife and I just bought our first home thanks to him ! I had tried one bank and one credit union before him. The bank flat out said they couldn't help me and the credit union said they could. Then at the last minute the credit union said that there was a problem and couldn't help. I had what some would call a difficult transaction being a first time home buyer and other circumstances. Phil made it seem effortless. Along the way I had many questions and he was always there to answer them. We are 100% satisfied with him and would highly recommend!!!

      This is the second time we have worked with Phil and his team (refinanced the first time years ago and this time a refinance with a cashout for a remodel/addition) and we highly recommend them! They go the extra mile and then some to make sure you understand the whole process and especially when securing the best interest rate. Very professional!!!
