  I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with me and my family on securing the best rate for buying our new home. He walked us through the process to make sure we put forth the best possible offer and was always quick to answer any questions we had. He really had a great understanding of the housing and financial market and was able to get us the best possible rate. I would definitely work with Phil again.

  My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Phil Zehr at Fairway Independent Mortgage. After having a terrible time with another lender, we are glad we were given Phil's contact information. Phil was professional, prompt, and organized. He worked well with our realtor and provided accurate financial information about buying a house. The process was without mistakes. If I buy another house in Washington, this is the only lender I will use.
