      Janet Klein in Philadelphia Credit Union Loss prevention is very unprofessional, impolite,and ignorant. I have been a customer of Philadelphia Credit Union for over 7 years now and she intentionally hung up on me while I was talking . I tried to call them back and they hung up again. This just goes to show that they don't care about their customers . They have absolutely terrible customer service !

      I'm sitting here no one said hello I have a 3 45 appointment to pick up a bank card both customer service woman in the cubicles just took a break and left me here sitting it's now 3 30 I have to wait to receive a scheduled bank card...the Worst!!!!!!
