      Pip and the JFK Living team were amazing! We were introduced to Pip through a mutual friend and immediately we knew he was the one- he was charismatic and very knowledgeable. As first-time home buyers, Pip made the process easier every step of the way with his emails and how-to videos. These small touches made the experience less daunting. Pip and his team made us feel like we were family instead of clients, not to mention, all the community events the JFK Living team hosted for past and potential clients. Highly recommend!

      Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! Pip helped us purchase a home in a pandemic... and made it incredibly easy and stress-free. We were using a VA loan and had heard many stories that we'd NEVER get an offer accepted in this market. However Pip set his sights on getting us a home. In the end, we only viewed two homes, and it was the second home that we had our offer accepted on! Pip created this awesome offer presentation that we were so impressed by. And the seller accepted us! Thanks Pip for helping this military family buy their very first home.
