  I have been an account holder since 1999. I went to this branch last week to do a transfer of cash to another account last week, but also asked about changes that had been made to my e-account. Mr. Santiago was training a new teller and was not helpful at all with offering any other products or suggestions and hat I might have been grandfathered in and that’s why I have no fee. Low and behold a fee pops up yesterday and I return to the branch this morning. I going in concerned about my acccount and this new fee. He greeted me but only seemed concerned about reiterating the new changes, proceeded to give me the 800 number for customer service. I asked before I left were there any other accounts that he could suggest, and he said no. I called the 800 number for BOA and the CSR immediately recommended about to other accounts. I asked her if this could have been done at the branch and she said definitely!! Needless to say they are not friendly at this branch and are not concerned with how long you have been a Loyal Customer to this corporation!! I will never use this location again in Collingswood, NJ! They never answer the phone also!!
