      Some of the workers at this location like Nicole need to better though Customer Service edict. She Hung up the phone on me while in the process of helping me.

      The manager Colleen, gives horrible customer service. She is rude and doesn’t care about her customers at all. Would not recommend the mount olive branch to anyone. If you are a manager you should be able to know how to talk and handle your clients.
