I am writing this review on behalf of my son whos has been a Fulton Bank customer for over 20 years. He recently lost his ID which was not always required to do banking. A manager named Alisha decided to not allow him to deposit money into his account. She decided to implement her own policies for my son that were not those of Fulton Bank. He then went to her supervisor who we thought rectified the situation. Her number was given to him by Alisha's coworkers who felt badly for how she was treating him. The situation was not rectified because a few days later she informed him that she was cancelling his account. My son will now be speaking to his attorney regarding this issue.
