      Ive been a customer at Pikes Peak Credit Union for nearly 30 years. I have always been impressed with the service, the friendliness of the staff. They are very professional and will go out of their way to be helpful! I highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union! You can always rest assured that they will help you in anyway they can. Extremely trustworthy!

      This institution operates like it’s 1942. I seriously don’t trust my personal information being handled here - their “app” and website have an ancient UI and you’re better off calling them directly for any issues. Unfortunately, once you do get them on the phone, the employees aren’t very helpful either. In order to make any changes to your account you have to FAX documents to them… it’s 2022, where can you even find a fax machine anymore? Would much rather pay a higher interest rate for a better user experience (and not to mention being able to trust that my personal information is secure on UPDATED software) than deal with this nightmare every month.

      Ridiculous. Their site is slow on one of my browsers, then it takes FOREVER to get my password change email. And when I DO get the password change email, IT DOESN'T WORK. And if by some miracle I manage to change my password, I don't get the confirmation email. And I STILL can't log into my account with the now CORRECT password!
