I took my mom to conduct a transaction at the Pinnacle Branch off of Cooper. The branch was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. Although I personally do not bank here I felt very welcomed and highly considering opening an account. It’s nice to know that my mom’s banking needs are being met.

atm took my card while I was counting my money to deposit. Not even a minute and it took my card into the atm And they restricted my debit card! So now I can’t even use my phone or anything to get my money! They got emailed and never responded about the issue .

I love being a customer of Pinnacle Bank. The main benefit is if you need something done, you just call up there and they know your name, know who you are, know your family, and do whatever you need with a friendly "sure, we can do that". There is no nameless, faceless person on the other end, long holds, or bouncing around call centers. You call a person and you get what you need.
