      Love the people at this location but the bank as a whole is just terrible. For years they have been cashing checks from a car lot through my account. Most recent on 6/17 and now again today on 7/8. I have called so many times, I have spoken to branch mangers, and area managers, all promising it will never happen again, AND IT KEEPS HAPPENING. As soon as I can get time to open an account somewhere else I'm leaving. I cant randomly have $500-$1000 come out of my account because their check readers cant do what their supposed to do. This causes my balances to overdrawn, have $38 fees on items it overdraws, and then I have to spend a stupid amount of time on the phone to get this resolved. Ongoing for years and hasn't gotten any better regardless of false promises.

      Worst bank and frankly worst bank branch in the south. Mistreated by the associates and was lied to and fed misinformation by the people who represent the company at this bank location.
