      Both Lebanon branches offer friendly, professional service. You can call and get a live person 24 hours a day. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

      Have used this branch on several occasions. As well as a couple of nashville locations. Though I bank at the oak ridge branch. And I want to let everyone know that for the first time in over 40 years of dealing with several different banks these Pinnacle banks are by far the absolute best Bank to be with. Everyone employed by pinnacle I have dealt with are truly caring,understanding, willing to help,listen and contact you if something comes up. No other bank nor the employees care what happens to your account they all act like it's your problem they just want what money they get from you. Credit unions, local banks, and especially big banks. But not Pinnacle. Kim at oak ridge and ms.donna in Lebanon and all the others I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you Pinnacle.

      This place charges $5 for non account holders to use their ATM. That is absolutely ludicrous. So thankful I quit this Bank. If I could give them zero Stars I would
